Refunds are provided only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Any refund request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo or video proof.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds are not applicable for opened or used products, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or delivery delays caused by courier services.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
